Inez Faye Terry

Graveside services for Inez Faye Terry, 81, of Buffalo will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at Keechi Cemetery followed by a celebration of life at Stewart Memorial United Methodist Church, Buffalo, Texas.

Inez Terry was born January 11, 1940, in Houston, Texas to Fredrick and Nora (Selman) Courtney. Inez was known as a people person; who never met a stranger. This combined with her creativeness took her down a career path which allowed her to enjoy socializing and using her creativity in the business of interior decorating. When she wasn’t working she also loved to cook and travel. She and her late husband, Arnold were fortunate to have the opportunity to visit most of the countries in Europe and all of the fifty states during their life. When at home she was always in the kitchen, cooking for the family, the church, or anyone that was in need. She lived in Houston for most of her life, where along with her husband, owned a freight delivery business. She had also spent many years as a senior manager with interior decorating company Home Interiors and Gifts.

For the past thirty-nine years, she had lived in Buffalo and was a member of the Stewart Memorial United Methodist Church. Inez passed away in Tomball, Texas on November 23, 2021.

Inez was preceded in death by both of her parents; her brother, Fred Courtney; her husband, Harold Arnold Terry and by her sons, Mark Randall Terry and John Arnold Terry.

Surviving family includes her son, Paul Terry (wife, Tara) of Houston; and four grandchildren, Brooke Terry, Amber Terry, Jordan Terry-Kraemer and Kailey Hessel (husband, Michael).

Arrangements are under the direction of Walters' Buffalo Funeral Home, Buffalo, Texas.
