Anthony Lawrence Zapolski, age 52, of Buffalo, Texas passed away June 11, 2022 at his home in Buffalo.
He was born February 2, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York to parents, Joseph Thomas & Joanne Florence (Puppelo) Zapolski. Anthony was raised in Katy, Texas. He loved the military so much that he enlisted twice in the Army. In the past, he had participated in military reenactments at Ellington Field and all over. Anthony was a collector of many things, such as old radios, trains, guns, cameras, vintage motorcycles and tractors. There wasn't anything he couldn't fix or restore.
Anthony was employed at Kent Trucking, a job he loved. He had once worked for Red Jacket Firearms and could be seen briefly in the background of the TV show, "Sons of Guns." He loved his family and his two dogs, Bandit and Biscuit.
Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Thomas Zapolski; maternal grandparents, Sammy & Mildred Puppelo and paternal grandparents, Stanley & Mary Zapolski. He is survived by daughters, Alexis & Kaitlyne Zapolski; mother, Joanne Zapolski; sister, Lisa Zapolski-Horner & husband, David; nephew, Colton Horner; godfather, Robert Zapolski and godmother, Ann Prezioso.
Graveside services for Anthony will be held 11:30 A.M., Friday, June 24, 2022 at Forest Park Southwest, Richmond, Texas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Walters' Buffalo Funeral Home, Buffalo, Texas.
