Josue Ponce Reyes was born April 12, 1973 in Cd. Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico to parents, Leonel Ponce & Esperanza Reyes. He passed away October 9, 2021 in Oakwood, Texas at the age of forty-eight.

Josue worked as a repairman for Robinson’s Home and Auto in Buffalo. He had lived in Buffalo for the past twenty years and was a member of St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church. Josue enjoyed playing music and often helped out his friends as a D.J. He also loved everything about automobiles.

Josue is survived by both of his parents; wife, Emily Ivonne Bobadilla of Buffalo; children, Jackeline Ponce of California and Josue Ponce, Jr. of Buffalo; sister, Emma Ponce (Eduardo Gloria); niece, Lizeth Gloria, nephew, Eduardo Gloria and extended family & friends.

A visitation service for Josue will be held Friday, October 15, 2021 from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. at Walters’ Buffalo Funeral Home, Buffalo, Texas with a rosary recited from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M.
